  • Eric Panofsky

    Principal / Creative Director

    Eric is Principal and Creative Director of sltwtr. Since launching the agency in 2005, he has been integral in acquiring and serving high profile clients. His ability to conceptualize unique creative strategies and execute from idea to deployment has been the foundation that has allowed our company to grow.

    Eric is a refugee of the Action Sports Industry with a focus in the surf sector.

  • Carey Larson

    Director of Social Media

    Carey leads the talented team of producers who keep the collaborative gears shifting smoothly here at sltwtr. That means topnotch work delivered on time and within budget. Prior to joining sltwtr, he worked in the field of online marketing in the Action Sports Industry for 6 years. Carey has adapted to the changing online sphere and moved into Social Media, acheiving his Advanced Social Media degree from the University of San Francisco in 2011.

    Associate Web Developer

    Benny is a web developer at sltwtr. Bringing a strong background in the Action Sports Industry, he has been integral in acquiring and serving some really rad clients.

    Graphic Designer

    Erik has worked with many brands. Much of his work has been focused on surf-related projects

    Erik also enjoys painting, drawing and photography; his work can be seen in the occasional gallery opening. His background in fine art can be seen in the quality and style of his professinoal work.

    Associate Graphic Designer

    Ryan’s work touches many disciplines, from spatial design and identity to print and packaging. Creating brilliant solutions with the constraints of the real world he continually exceeds expectations.

    In addition to work he spends as much time as he can spare surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and urban exploring.

  • Gabriel Vicente

    Mobile App Developer

    Gabriel is the lead app developer at sltwtr. His expertise has contributed to the development of 3 of the App Store's highest grossing apps from 2010 to 2011. He enjoys traveling around the world to new places, and regularly visits Argentina; where he was born. He speaks spanish just as well as english. When he's not coding he plays soccer, goes to the beach and has good conversations over mate, a traditional drink of Argentina.

Our founders' roots are in the Action Sports Industry. Our team maintains this connection through lifestyle and professional involvement in the industry and the core sports it represents.

All of our design and development occurs within 200 yards of the ocean and 100 yards of the skatepark. We have "board meetings" as often as possible. We are surrounded by surf, skate, cycling, and other outdoor retailers. We're it and we're in it.
